Widely understood sport law concerns both law regulations that are applicable in sport, and sport organizations provisions.

 

Between the regulations applicable in sport we can distinguish those relating to sport directly and were created especially for sport competition (like Physical Education Act, Mass Events Security Act, Professional Sport Act. Most commonly sports law cases concern disputes between players and sports clubs or sports associations, in particular relating to conclusion, modification and dissolution of contracts, transfer negotiations and disciplinary punishments.

We provide assistance in matters stemming from both amateur and professional sports agreements (player contracts, sponsorship agreements) and legal representation of entities engaged in sport
movement (federations, associations, companies), including assistance in proceedings before the respective disciplinary organs, such as Arbitration Court at the Polish Olympic Committee and Court of
