 A crime and misdemeanor are both acts forbidden by the law at the time of committing, for which the law constitutes a sanction – punishment. It is necessary to notice, that crimes are given in a Penal Code, but not only. Other provisions, so called Penal Provisions, are situated in various statutes.

Most often the proceedings concern the property, like robbery, theft, burglary, crimes against life, like bodily injury causation, scrimmage, battery, forgery, swindling, untruth certification by a public officer, fraud, driving after alcohol or drug consumption or drug dealing. Concerning the business penal law most often we can meet trading in counterfeit goods (a goods marked with a counterfeit mark).
