PATENT LAW

In the colloquially meaning, a patent is often interpreted as a right to use exclusively an invention and in most cases it is so. Nevertheless, a given patent does not mean that automatically the right to use a patented invention has been given. It may occur because of the local law provisions or the fact that an invention violates other patent rights. A patent reservation, that provides a subject range of the patent, allows prosecution of a people, who uses an invention without a permission of its owner. Respectively, there is a protection right granted for an utility design together with protection certificate.
