The domain of law exclusively concerning the relations between an employee and employer.
Most problems are connected with employee dismissal, claims concerning overtime work, calculation of allowances, reinstatement, compensation for unlawful dismissal, non-competition agreement during the employment relationships and after it, detailed description of rights and obligations of employees and employers in contract, settlements between the parties, claims or compensation from the employee for the employer’s benefit.
Our clients are both business subjects with employees and employees themselves, whose rights were violated. It gives us a broad perspective to look at a certain law problem from both sides points of view.
