COMPETITION LAW

The domain of law that concerns mainly the acts against the unfair competition in the relations between the entrepreneurs and their clients. Polish law states, that unfair competition is an act against the law or good customs, as long as it threatens or violates the interests of the entrepreneurs or clients.

Unfair competition acts are, i.a., misleading sign of the entrepreneur, preparing the goods or services with a counterfeit or fraudulent geographical marks, using the confidential information concerning other entrepreneurships, copying the external form of the product, propagating the untruth information about other entrepreneurships, impeding other entrepreneurs the access to the market, unfair advertisement (Advertisement Law).
