It is a very broad domain of law that covers the relations between individuals or economic subjects from one side and obligated to act Polish administrative bodies from the other. This domain cover all kind of proceedings in which the administrative bodies are obliged to run a very formalized proceeding under the proper provisions, that is followed with issuing the administrative decision by which a particular obligations are imposed or particular rights are given. According to the provisions, administrative decision are, e.g. decisions to grant a license to sell alcohol products, transport license, building license, demolition order, weapon license, police officer dismissal, tax imposition.
